Standard Return/Exchange policy: Toli Tote offers free exchanges within 30 days of ordering, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. 

Starting your return or exchange by email: bagit@tolitote.com

Exchanges: Your selected exchange items will be shipped to you once we receive notification that your return package is on the way to us.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment form once your returned items arrive at our warehouse and are inspected. It can take an additional 3-5 days for your refund to post after we process it depending on your financial institution.

Fine print:
Damaged items due to washing, wearing and/or user error such as rips, snags, drawstring issues, etc is NOT covered under warranty.
